Pattern of Fate

Solo exhibition, February 2024, Kaolin Stockholm.

This work is an appreciation of life's changing nature, the unexpected and imperfect, and a reflection on the power of creativity - a play between idea and form, fate and free will. In each repetition and variation of patterns, there is a subtle change, a reflection of the incomplete and unique in each creation.

I find calmness in the asymmetric repetition of circles. Each circle symbolizes a unique event in time, a story of its own, and together, they weave a tale of growth and change. The lines carry a duality; they are both the path we follow and the story we write. Does fate predetermine them, or are they about choices we have shaped ourselves?
